It seems Samsung is teasing all Android lovers with a new phone. According to folks over at Android Central, the Samsung Galaxy S Pro is a 4G smartphone with a full QWERTY keyboard and is headed for Sprint. Even if it's not confirmed yet, the boys from Android Central have got details "from a tried-and-true tipster" regarding its specs.
The new Samsug Galaxy S Pro specs and features are:
- Android 2.1 with TouchWiz UI 3.0 customizations
- super AMOLED display may or may not be the same 4-inch
- QWERTY slide-out keyboard
- front facing VGA camera
- 5MP camera with 720p video recording capabilities
- 512MB RAM
- 8.2 GB of internal memory
- 1GHz Cortex A8 processor
- WiMAX support
The display is tipped to be the same 4-inches as the Galaxy S, but we have to wait for some accurate infos. This is going to be an interesting Android phone who will compete with the EVO 4G, as a dealbreaker for those missing the lack of physical keys.
The launch date of the Samsung Galaxy S Pro is not known, but we have the "save the date" event on June 29th, so we might found out more details about this new Android phone. We'll keep you updated as soon as we hear anything about it.
