Samsung Galaxy 2

It was about time for Samsung to take Android seriously. I mean, compared to other manufacturers Samsung did ok, considering it has several Android phones on the market, like Galaxy, Spica, Moment and Behold II. But they all have below average specs even for last year, so the newly rumored Galaxy 2 comes in the right moment.
We heard from several sources about the upcoming Galaxy 2 and it's specs so we can take this pretty seriously.
So what we are talking about? Just look at Samsung Galaxy 2 specs:
- 1 GHz Snapdragon
- 3.7 inch AMOLED touchscreen
- 5 MP camera
- 32 GB internal memory
- Android 2.1
- 3.5 mm jack
- and of course all the other goodies that make a decent smartphone, like GPS, WiFi and such.
It makes it a good competitor for the Nexus One and Xperia X10 and other top of the range smartphones of 2010. Expected release date is Q2 2010 but we are sure Samsung will make the official announcement at MWC in Barcelona next month.
