HTC Aria officially announced Posted on: June 15, 2010 [Source]
If there was a rumor about two weeks ago regarding a new Android phone, HTC Aria, coming on the market, there is now official confirmation about it. AT&T announced yesterday in a press release the launch of the pocked-sized phone, set to arrive on the carrier from June 20th.
HTC Aria is one of those small devices, measuring just over 4 inches in length and weighing a mere 4.05 ounces with a soft-touch back panel. It packs Android 2.1 platform, a 5 MP camera, 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive display, in-built WiFi and support for 7.2 Mbps HSPA.
According to the press release, the device will be available on June 20 at AT&T retail locations nationwide or online from $129.99 on a two year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. HTC Aria offers AT&T customers a small Android phone in a nice easy-to-carry design. So, if you're ready to experience HTC's new device, you have to wait less than one week.
