HTC Legend passes FCC

According to this FCC filing approved today the HTC Legend is good to go in the US. This usually means we'll see it on the market in the next weeks.
The proof that it is indeed the Legend we are talking about here is the image above, top part being the FCC label from the official file and the second being a real label from an HTC Legend. As you can see the label shape and text is identical. That picture comes from an intersting article about the innovative batery cover of the Legend found on NewMobile.
As you can see in that artcle, the lower back part of the Legend (which also serves as an antenna cover) comes off and gives easy acces to the SIM card, the memory card and the HUGE battery you can see in the picture below:
